Euler yield depends on the specific vault, its lending demand and its configuration. Using Euler through Zyfai lets you choose the available Euler vaults you trust and automate rebalancing within your risk profile and pool settings. Euler already provides native interest accrual and curator-managed Earn vaults. Our Agent monitors your selected opportunities and can move capital when another allowed pool offers better yield or lower risk. Euler's vault mechanics and Zyfai's allocation checks explain how those responsibilities differ.

Native Euler access

Through Zyfai

Lending exposure

You choose a vault or an Earn vault's strategy manually

You choose which available Euler opportunities the Yield Agent can use. It rebalances among them to improve yield or reduce risk

Interest accrual

Vault accounting compounds borrower interest. Additional incentive rewards must be claimed manually

The same vault accounting compounds interest. Supported incentive rewards are automatically claimed, swapped into your deposit asset and reinvested

Earn allocation

Earn Curators and Allocators manage enabled strategies

Your funds enter the same vaults, with additional real-time monitoring of collateral, allocation exposure and shared dependencies. The Yield Agent can rebalance to a safer approved pool if risk rises

Your allocation

You review collateral and allocation changes yourself and decide whether to keep your position or move your funds

The Yield Agent monitors risk and rebalances within the pools and risk profile you choose to improve yield or reduce risk

Transaction authority

You execute deposits, withdrawals and rebalances yourself, or authorize an operator to act on your Euler account

A Session Key authorizes approved actions from your Yield Account, such as rebalancing to another pool you allow

Euler yield starts with the vault's configuration

Euler lending vaults accept a single underlying asset and earn borrower interest. Each vault has its own interest-rate model, collateral relationships and configuration. A liability vault determines which other vaults it accepts as collateral. Even if you deposit USDC, your risk depends on the collateral backing loans from that vault and how easily it can be liquidated. Euler's EVK documentation describes the structure.

Depositors receive shares representing a claim on vault assets. As interest accrues, the asset-per-share exchange rate grows. Euler's native accounting compounds interest deterministically, without requiring the depositor to repeatedly withdraw and reinvest.

Vault governance also varies. A vault can retain a governor or have governance finalized. Its implementation may be upgradeable or immutable, which is a separate choice from whether a governor remains. Do not assume every Euler vault has identical change permissions. The EVK governance reference distinguishes those decisions.

For DeFi lending through Zyfai, our quant team assesses the available Euler vaults across dozens of risk parameters, including collateral quality, liquidity and governance. You can explore these assessments in our Risk Dashboard and filter by Euler. Our built-in monitoring tracks collateral and allocation changes in real time, and the Yield Agent can move your capital to a safer approved pool when risk rules trigger.

Euler Earn already provides allocation management

Euler Earn lets a depositor hold one share position while the vault allocates across enabled strategies. Those strategies can include Euler lending vaults and, where enabled, external ERC-4626 strategies. Curators manage the permitted strategy set and caps. Allocators manage queues and move assets within the configured limits. Euler's current Earn guide explains the roles.

A direct Earn depositor is already delegating allocation within that vault.

On Zyfai, you choose which available Euler vaults and other pools like Euler Earn your Yield Account can use. Your Yield Agent monitors collateral additions, allocation changes, liquidity and interest-rate conditions around the clock. It can rebalance to a higher-yielding or safer approved pool when your strategy's risk and execution checks pass.

Our monitoring also tracks the collateral, oracle and liquidity dependencies shared by an Earn vault's underlying strategies, so we can assess common exposures across its allocations.

What Zyfai Yield Agent adds to ongoing risk monitoring

We monitor APY stability and incentive changes, TVL, utilization and available withdrawal liquidity, collateral health and depegs, and vault configuration changes. Our onchain and offchain checks also include sentiment and security warnings on socials. For an approved Earn position, we monitor changes in curator allocations as well. Before an ordinary yield-driven move, the Yield Agent weighs the potential benefit against execution costs. The Yield Agent can rebalance to a higher-yielding or safer pool you allow when the new allocation passes your strategy's risk and execution checks. Our rebalancing rules describe the checks.

DeFi yield automation handles the recurring comparisons after you choose your vaults. You customize the available protocols and pools, then authorize the rule-based Yield Agent to monitor and rebalance within that selection without signing every move. Our customization and execution FAQ explains those controls.

Glider Monitor by Hexens adds real-time security checks across integrated pools and monitored dependencies. If a security, collateral or liquidity alert triggers the risk process, the Yield Agent can rebalance to a safer pool you allow, subject to available liquidity and execution. Funds can remain idle in your Yield Account if no suitable alternative qualifies. Our emergency-response process sets out those mechanisms.

If you include other approved protocols in your settings, the Yield Agent can move capital out of Euler when an alternative meets your yield and risk rules. If you select only Euler pools, it stays within that selection or leaves funds idle.

Using an Euler USDC yield opportunity directly or through Zyfai

Direct Euler use means reviewing the vault address and network, collateral relationships, oracle configuration, governance and liquidity. You execute deposits, withdrawals and rebalances yourself, and monitor changes between transactions.

Through Zyfai, the setup and ongoing work look like this:

  1. Choose a risk profile and the available Euler vaults you trust.

  2. Deposit into your Yield Account

From there, your rule-based Yield Agent monitors yield and risk signals and can rebalance to a higher-yielding or safer approved pool within your settings. You can top up your Yield Account or withdraw anytime.

Zyfai supports Euler on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum, with available opportunities depending on your asset and strategy. You can check all the live Euler yield opportunities right in our app.

Your account control, permissions and fees

Your wallet owns your personal Yield Account. Your capital is held in that account and its DeFi positions, with the Yield Account controlling the receipt when it deposits into an Euler vault. You retain ownership and withdrawal control, and authorize the Yield Agent to rebalance through scoped Session Keys.

Session Keys limit the Agent to approved actions. The Security Proxy Gateway checks approved contract addresses, functions and transaction parameters before execution. You can enable automatic inclusion of newly approved pools that fit your strategy, so the Yield Agent can consider them without you adding each pool manually.

Euler fees depend on the deployed configuration. Earn vaults can charge their own performance fee.

Zyfai charges a 10% performance fee on earnings, collected weekly or at withdrawal. We list no separate deposit or withdrawal fee.

Our performance fee pays for monitoring and active rebalancing toward better risk-adjusted yield within your selected pools. All execution costs are sponsored. Our yield reports show that active rebalancing has delivered higher yields than static allocations even after our performance fee.

Euler directly or through Zyfai: which should you choose?

Direct use fits a supplier who understands a particular Euler market and wants to retain it. A direct Euler Earn deposit can also provide managed allocations without Zyfai's account-level risk monitoring and active rebalancing.

Zyfai fits suppliers who want to earn without analyzing each vault, reviewing collateral and dependencies, tracking APYs or monitoring risk incidents themselves, while retaining self-custody and control over their funds and chosen pools.

FAQ

Will I earn more with Zyfai?

You earn the same underlying Euler vault APY before our performance fee, plus applicable Zyfai incentives. You also get 24/7 real-time risk monitoring and active rebalancing toward higher yields within the vaults and pools you choose.

Does Euler Earn already rebalance?

Yes. Its Curators and Allocators manage enabled strategies within caps and queues. Your Zyfai Agent monitors and rebalances across the different Euler pools, markets and vaults you allow, including Euler Earn vaults, as yields or risk conditions change.

How should I compare direct and automated stablecoin yield on Euler?

Check the deposit asset, underlying exposure, fees, permissions and withdrawable liquidity first. With a direct position, you monitor and move your allocation yourself. With Zyfai, you choose permitted pools and delegate monitoring and rebalancing. Review current opportunities at Zyfai and choose a strategy whose scope you understand.
