The challenge: making yield a plug-and-play solution

Launching Earn-type of product requires a full-time wealth management team to define the yield strategy methodology, monitor risk, and execute rebalances. Giving users a self-custodial way to earn yield adds another layer: Smart Account infrastructure, guardrails, session keys, execution coordination across each wallet. Building that stack from scratch takes years and specialized expertise.

Owney has two goals: making DeFi agents easier to use and giving customers access to the best-performing, trusted agents in the market. Its SDK aggregates multiple agents through a single integration, so applications can offer a choice of agents without integrating each one separately. It offers two integration options for businesses: a white-label solution and a full TypeScript SDK for teams that want to build their own interface. Individuals can also use Owney directly through its web app.

This gives Owney's customers a choice. They can launch a branded Earn section with the white-label solution in a few setup steps, cutting the path from idea to a working product. Or they can use the SDK to build a custom interface and control how users access, navigate, and experience the product. Institutional and treasury teams can use the same white-label solution or build custom dashboards and reporting views with the SDK.

For the partner, Owney reduces the integration surface to one SDK or embeddable UI. For the end user, the result is a battle-tested Earn solution inside a familiar interface of the product they already use.

Owney uses one programmatic layer for the full Agent lifecycle:

  • Connect a user's existing wallet and associate it with a user-owned Smart Account.

  • Support deposits and withdrawals without sending users to a separate interface.

  • Show live positions, balances, earnings, APY history, and transaction activity inside Owney's own UI or a white-label UI of their customers.

  • Give institutional and product teams aggregate wallet and TVL data for monitoring and reporting.

  • Keep autonomous execution bounded by Smart Account permissions and approved targets.

How Owney sets a benchmark for trust in agentic finance

Access to agentic finance is already here but trust is still missing. How do users know which Agents are safe to trust with their capital?

Owney has developed a

Trust & Security Framework

with CODESPECT, CORE3, and Hacken. The framework evaluates agents across Security, Risk, and Robustness. Zyfai currently has the highest combined score and ranks first among the agents shown in the framework.

For wallets and institutional financial platforms, that provides a clear benchmark for the operating and risk model behind the integration.

How Zyfai supports Owney's yield experience

Through the Zyfai SDK, Owney brings Smart Accounts, automated execution, and position and earnings data into its product. These capabilities run on our battle-tested infrastructure, which has processed $3.6 billion in agentic volume, deployed 16,653 wallets, and executed more than 260,000 rebalancing transactions.

Self-custody with bounded automation

Users remain the owners of their linked Safe7579 Smart Accounts, while scoped session keys allow the Agent to rebalance between approved pools. The Agent can carry out permitted strategy actions without asking the user to sign every rebalance. Zyfai's Security Proxy Gateway validates transaction calldata, and the session key cannot authorize withdrawals to external addresses or interactions with contracts outside the approved tarrget registry.

This supports the experience Owney offers: users can access automated yield while retaining ownership of the account.

Account activity users can follow

Under the hood, Owney's customers have access to balances, earnings, APY, and rebalancing activity.

Owney uses Zyfai to activate the yield agent, route deposits, process withdrawals, and all of that is visible in Owney's SDK.

That lets the host application show users how their positions change after a deposit with a full history of rebalances and decisions rather than leaving them with an APY figure and little to no explanation.

Continuous risk monitoring

The Intelligence Layer monitors risk 24/7 and continuously evaluates when and where capital should rebalance.

It tracks TVL drawdowns, APY volatility, depegs, liquidity depth, utilization, collateral changes, interest rate curves and kink levels, concentration, social risk signals, and more.

Before every potential move, it simulates the post-deposit APY, accounting for how your own capital may dilute the yield, then checks whether the improvement still makes economic sense after gas, slippage, bridge fees, and other execution costs.

Building Owney's products on Zyfai's infrastructure

By building on the Zyfai SDK, Owney can focus on its own product: agent aggregation, routing, white-label distribution, and a single interface where its customers can monitor positions, track activity, and manage the agent-powered Earn experience they offer users.

With the underlying Smart Account infrastructure, automated yield execution, and risk monitoring supported by Zyfai, Owney can dedicate more of its development effort to the needs of wallets, financial platforms, and institutional teams. Its white-label solution and SDK give those customers two ways to integrate yield into their products, with control over branding, user flows, and how account information is presented.

The partnership lets each team focus on its expertise: Zyfai powers the execution behind its integrated yield accounts, while Owney builds the products that make them accessible and useful to its customers.
